Whether you work primarily in endodontics, periodontics, prosthetic surgery / implants, or cavity diagnosis the Keren HD has you covered. It is easily integrated into the office with single or multiple station connectivity via the USB connection. Additionally, the 3-meter cable length enables you to reach your capture device, effectively welcoming itself to any room layout.  From brand new to vintage, existing equipment is not a problem as Keren HD works with your preferred or existing dental x-ray manufacturer.  Patient comfort is a top priority with rounded corners and a slim design that grant superior handling and positioning within the mouth. Designed to be fully submergible within liquid to safeguard your preferred method of disinfection.

Polaroid is proud to introduce its imaging product line the Keren HD intraoral sensor. Superior image quality is guaranteed via high-definition, a theoretical resolution of >25lp/mm associated to 14 bit grey levels.  Accompanying software further lends itself to image perfection as a color gauge on the finished image allows you to determine your optimal x-ray parameters.  Additionally, image modification through standard software for the Keren HD, enables you to refine images through contrast, brightness and gamma values to your preference.  The Keren HD utilizes CMOS sensor technology with a fiber optic, scintillator, and shock absorption area that all together enable efficient, effective and long lasting solutions for your diagnostic needs.

Warranty

Polaroid intra oral sensors have a variable limited warranty period of two (2) years from date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required to prove eligibility. If you do not have a valid proof of purchase, the limited warranty period will be measured from the date of sale from Polaroid Dental Imaging to the authorized distributor.

This Limited Warranty applies to all new Polaroid Dental Imaging products purchased from an authorized Polaroid Dental Imaging dealer by the original purchaser for normal use and not for resale. Polaroid Dental Imaging warrants that a covered product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.
The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial use, misuse, accident, modification or alteration to hardware or software, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which Polaroid Dental Imaging is not responsible. There is no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. There is no warranty for loss of data you must regularly back up the data stored on your storage medium to a separate storage device. There is no warranty for product with removed or altered identification labels.

If you are having trouble with a product, before seeking limited warranty service, first follow the troubleshooting procedures that Polaroid Dental Imaging provides:

To obtain limited warranty service, you must first obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and ship-to address by contacting our company directly. You must return the product for warranty administration. All personal information should be removed from the product prior to its return. Polaroid Dental Imaging will repair or replace the PRODUCT with a functionally equivalent replacement product, transportation prepaid. Polaroid Dental Imaging may replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet our specifications.  You are responsible for importation of the replaced product, if applicable. Polaroid Dental Imaging will not return the original PRODUCT to consumers; therefore, the consumer is responsible for moving data to another media before returning. Data Recovery is not covered under this warranty and is not part of the warranty returns process. Polaroid Dental Imaging warrants that the replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

POLAROID DENTAL IMAGING AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND RESELLERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

1) THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES ;

2) LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, YOUR DATA; OR,

3) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR FOR ANY ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR SAVINGS), EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
